No to War! demonstration took place in Yerevan on Friday.

The demonstrators moved from the Republic Square to the Foreign Ministry, the Russian Embassy and the Liberty Square.

They believe that the responsibility for the current tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone lies on the shoulders of the ruling regimes in Armenia and Azerbaijan.

They also blame the OSCE Minsk Group. "Instead of making vague statements, the mediators must take specific steps to remove snipers from the contact line and to stop the bloodshed in the conflict zone," they said.

The demonstrators also urged the societies of the conflicting parties to consolidate and to create platforms for discussing peaceful solutions to the conflict.
