In Jan 2013 as compared with Jan 2012 the South Caucasus Railway's passenger traffic grew by 5.1%.
The press service of the company reports that 35,300 people were carried in Jan 2013 against 33,600 in Jan 2012. The foreign traffic made up 2,300 people, the suburban 33,000 people. The passenger turnover grew by 78.6% to 3.700mln pass/km.
