Political expert: Reports that the Azeri Parliament might adopt a law "On Occupied Territories of Azerbaijan" were just an attempt to see the reaction of the Azeri society, Armenia and the world community

On Tuesday Armenia's Constitutional Court will continue hearing the claims by opposition presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andreas Ghukasyan to declare null and void the results of the Feb 18 presidential election.
Earlier the Curt refused to make Serzh Sargsyan a witness in the cases. Ghukasyan expressed displeasure that in the court Sargsyan was represented by Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan. He said that government officials had no right to take part in such proceedings, but Chairman of the Court Gagik Harutyunyan said that Tovmasyan was in the court as a lawyer rather than a minister.
