VivaCell-MTS hosted the instructors and the winners of the "Business Assignment" contest organized in the summer camp of the Junior Achievement of Armenia, the press service of VivaCell-MTS has told ArmInfo.  Teachers representing various regions got acquainted with the experience of the leading telecommunications operator in Armenia in the field of human resource management. The young people were more interested in the marketing strategy of the company.

"The modern world offers serious strategic tools to the humanity. Yet, one needs to master certain skills and knowledge to use and manage them in an efficient way. Theoretically, it's easy. In practice, though, not only the market with its requirements and given problems, but also the management of human resources becomes an important challenge. VivaCell-MTS practices an ethical, flexible and responsible attitude to administration. I suggest revealing the intricacies of business ethics and responsible business through interactive communication with our specialists," commented VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.

After the lecture the young people mentioned that the market research, development of a technologically justified strategy, solutions, and their implementation are not enough to be a responsible company. They have discovered for themselves the importance of both the commercial and the social products, the ways of elaborating ideas during the planning, the evaluation of the possible impacts of the market and the competition, the manifestation of integrity in competition and much more. The young people also revealed for themselves the importance of having the customer satisfaction and the necessity to minimize the possibility of making mistakes in the core of rendering services.
VivaCell-MTS cooperation with the Junior Achievement of Armenia organization in the sphere of management is an efficient solution for the youth. The opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge in practice lets one identify the necessary stages, the possible obstacles and the ways to overcome them.
