At the July 29 sitting, the Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia took a decision to reduce the tariffs of some services of ArmenTel CJSC.
In accordance with the decision, the distant calls and the calls to the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic will cost 5 AMD per minute versus the current 20 AMD in the daytime and 14 AMD in the nighttime for individuals. For legal entities the calls will cost 24 AMD in the daytime and 16.8 AMD in the nighttime.
In addition, the PSRC decided to reduce the cost of the local calls (starting from 1601 minutes) to 5 AMD versus the current 9 AMD per minute. The decision will come into effect on 1 September 2014.
