Starting December 9, 2013, corporate bonds issued by "SHEN HOLDING" CJSC will be listed and included in Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
The press service of NASDAQ OMX Armenia reports that this issue of the Company's bonds comprises 40,000 coupon bonds with nominal value of USD 100, coupon rate of 11% and maturity period of 60 months. The issue will be traded under SHNCB7 ticker symbol.
This is the seventh issue of "SHEN HOLDING" CJSC bonds that will be traded at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. The previous six issues were successfully listed at the Exchange, afterwards matured and redeemed.
According to SHEN HOLDING, the underwriter of this and all previous issues is Capital Investments.
As President of the Company Samvel Beglaryan told ArmInfo earlier, the money to be received from the bonds' placement would be spent on refunding of the previous issue.
SHEN HOLDING specializes in producing and selling construction materials, including paints, varnishes, concrete blocks, mixed concrete, paving slabs. The company is also active in Georgia. For the moment it is forming its own base of raw materials and has the biggest gypsum quarry in the region. SHEN HOLDING employs around 500 people.
SHEN HOLDING dates back to 1970 when the largest enterprise for state supplies of non-ferrous metals ("HayGunMet") was established Having merged with "Huntsman Building Products" LLC and "Shen Group" CJSC, Shen Concern was converted into SHEN HOLDING, which nowadays encompasses Shen Concern CJSC, Huntsman Building Products and Shen group.
