Swiss Ambassador to Armenia Lukas Gasser: Switzerland will try to contribute to a peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict without questioning the established formats such as the OSCE Minsk process

We hoped that at the Vilnius "Eastern partnership" summit Armenia will be able to initial the Association Agreement with the EU, but that will not happen as Armenia has already chosen the Customs Union with Russia, a deputy of the European parliament, Jacek Saryusz Wolski, said in an interview with Polska newspaper.
He slagged off Russia's policy directed at banning of several post-Soviet countries to integrate in Europe, as he said.
<The Kremlin threats to complicate delivery of energy products, becomes an obstacle for commodity circulation (for instance, embargo the delivery of Moldavian wines). Moreover, the Russians complicate the procedure of employment of citizens from the countries which are going to integrate in the EU. Europe joins this topic, various political speeches are evidence of that. For instance, the resolution of the European Parliament, which condemned Moscow's pressure upon other countries, or the resolute statements by Stefan Fule, European Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy, or by the head of the European diplomacy, Catherine Ashton, which emphasized inadmissibility of such actions", - Saryusz-Wolski said.
He thinks that specific actions for protection of their partners should follow the criticism by the European officials.
