The leader of the Orinats Yerkir party, Secretary of Armenia's National Security Council Artur Baghdasaryan cannot make up his mind to his party's failure during the past parliamentary elections, says the Zhoghovurd newspaper.
"As far as we know, before leaving for Russia, Bagdasaryan said that the money he had given to the party had to be returned. His comrades told him that they had given the money to voters. They even had a list specifying the names of the bribed. They explained that the merry-go- round voting they organized at some polling stations proved ineffective. But Baghdasaryan dismissed all of their excuses and said that upon his return from Russia the money had to be on his table.
