Tbilisi. On Tuesday, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli
Garibashvili met with Thomas Hammarberg, the EU Special Adviser on
Constitutional and Legal Reform and Human Rights in Georgia.
As the Prime Minister's press-service
informs, the parties reviewed the Georgian National Strategy and Action Plan,
concerning the issues of human rights. Thee also touched upon the currently
ongoing legal processes in Georgia.
As the Prime Minister pointed out at the
meeting, the Georgian government's main priority was human rights protection.
He expressed gratitude to Thomas Hammarberg for the support and assistance to
Georgia in this sphere.
