Tbilisi. On Wednesday, May 23, President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili and Mayor of Los-Angeles Antonio R. Villaraigosa discussed issues of strengthening bilateral relations and deepening of economic cooperation, the press-service of the head of the Georgian state reports.
President of Georgia went to the USA on a working visit last week. Saakashvili participated in NATO Chicago Summit on May 20-21, delivered speeches at the Young Atlanticist Summit, in Princeton University and held some meetings.
"At the meeting, President of Georgia and the Mayor of Lost-Angeles considered issues of strengthening bilateral relations and deepening of economic cooperation. The question was about the business climate in Georgia and suitable investment conditions", a statement reads.
President of Georgia went to the USA on a working visit last week. Saakashvili participated in NATO Chicago Summit on May 20-21, delivered speeches at the Young Atlanticist Summit, in Princeton University and held some meetings. Georgian President's speech in Reagan Center in Los Angeles is planned in the framework of the visit.
