Tbilisi. The war will not begin in the near time. I think that the USA and Israel do not want to wage the war. The point is, the USA wants Israel to begin the war, but Israel wants the USA to do it. This gives Iran a certain opportunity to manoeuvre, director of the Russian Center of Public-Political Researches Vladimir Yevseyev told News Azerbaijan  agency. In his opinion, the Russian warship's   presence in Syria  prevents the West's armed interference and Russia can assist Azerbaijan  to tackle a problem with Iran.
