Gas supply to Armenia from Russia resumed

ArmRusgasprom company, the sole supplier of natural gas to Armenia announces that the Russian gas supply to Armenia was resumed at 7:15pm on February 20. Gas supply was suspended due to the need to repair the damaged Kazakh-Sagurami section of the 1000mm pipe.
No gas supply limitations were made for the Armenian consumers during the given period.
The 80% shares of ArmRusgasprom CJSC belong to Gazprom, Russia, and the remaining 20% to the Government of Armenia. Armenia imports gas from Russian via Georgia and from Iran in exchange for electricity.
